Our Process

At Cozy at Home Pet Sitting, we want to make it as easy as possible to schedule pet sitting.  That's why we allow you to contact us right from the website.  If you have questions, you can call or e-mail, and you will be contacted as soon as possible.

You can schedule the pet sitting visits that you need and enjoy your trip, or whatever keeps you from being home, knowing that your pet is being well cared for by professional pet sitters, and is Cozy at Home! 

FAQ + Important Info

Listed below are additional questions that you may have.

  • What is a registered veterinary technician?
    To become a registered veterinary technician, one must graduate from a program which has been approved by the state it is located in. In most states, one must also pass a national board exam. In order to keep registration current, one must complete a certain numbers of hours of continuing education. ( In Ohio, 10 hours of continuing education must be completed every two years.)
  • What is a certified professional pet sitter?
    To become a certified professional pet sitter, one must complete an online course through Pet Sitters International, and pass a test taken online. In order to keep certification current, one must complete 30 credits every three years.
  • Do you charge extra for weekends or holidays?
    To keep pricing simple, we do not charge extra for weekends or holidays.
  • Do you charge extra for additional pets?
    We do not charge extra for additional pets unless additional time is required to take care of them. If you pay for a half-hour visit, the price is the same for one or two pets, if the pet sitting can be done in half an hour.
